What Wyn stores
Wyn stores your Apple account identifier, display name, username, profile preferences, goals, completion records, club and challenge memberships, comments, reactions, invitations, reports, notification preferences and device push tokens. If you add a photo, we store a normalized JPEG without the original location metadata.
Who can see it
Personal goals and personal proof are private to you. Challenge proof and scoped activity are available to authorized participants. Your profile is searchable when you enable discovery, and your web profile is visible only when you enable public visibility. Shared invitation links reveal their purpose and title.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Cloudflare R2 stores media. Vercel hosts the web experience. Apple delivers sign-in and push notifications. Wyn does not include advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
Your choices
You can disable nudges and social notifications, change visibility, block people and report content. Delete Account is available in app Settings. Owned clubs must be transferred or archived first so other members do not lose shared work unexpectedly.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion removes personal records and authentication after required Apple revocation. Associated media is queued for removal. De-identified shared activity may remain. Infrastructure backups may retain deleted records until their normal rotation; they are not used to restore an active profile. Operational logs are minimized and do not intentionally contain private photos or access tokens.
Before public launch
This service is in development. The operating entity, a verified privacy contact, jurisdiction-specific disclosures and applicable retention periods must be confirmed before public launch. This page describes the implemented data model and is pending legal review.
