Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Wyn app and this website. By downloading or using Wyn you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.
The agreement
Wyn is provided by ProApps Solutions (“we”, “us”). Wyn is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Where the two differ, these terms apply to the extent the law and Apple’s rules allow.
How we handle information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
What Wyn is, and isn’t
Wyn is a personal tool for building and breaking habits: logging days, following streaks and momentum, and reminding you. It is not medical, health, financial or professional advice. Figures read from Apple Health are shown as Health reports them and may be incomplete or delayed.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting or stopping anything that affects your health, such as exercise, sleep, diet, alcohol or medication. If you are struggling with a habit that puts you at risk, please seek help from a professional or a local support service.
Free and Wyn Focus
Wyn is free to download and use with up to two habits. Wyn Focus unlocks everything else, including unlimited habits, reminders and notifications, widgets and controls, the Apple Watch app, iCloud sync, and backup and restore. It is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Wyn Focus until the end of the period you paid for.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per Apple Account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged when it does. Wyn can remind you two days before your trial ends.
Refunds and restoring
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Use Restore purchases in Wyn’s Settings to unlock Wyn Focus on another device signed in to the same Apple Account.
When Wyn Focus ends
Nothing you logged is deleted. Your history stays, and you choose two habits to keep logging on the free plan; the rest wait, paused, until Wyn Focus is back.
Your content
What you put into Wyn is yours. Your habits and manually entered records are stored on your devices and, if you use sync, in your own iCloud account. Values automatically read from Apple Health stay in on-device storage and are never stored in Wyn’s iCloud sync or included in exported backup files. We don’t receive your content and claim no rights to it.
You are responsible for keeping your devices, iCloud account and any backup files secure, and for keeping your own backups. Use Settings › Back up now to save a copy of your habits and manually entered records. A backup may keep the habit identifiers and dates for automatic Health days, but no Health values. After restoring, Wyn reads those days again from Apple Health on the receiving device, with your permission; available Health history may differ between devices.
Fair use
Please don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, get around its purchase checks, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the App Store’s rules. Share cards you post publicly are your responsibility; don’t use them to mislead or to infringe anyone’s rights.
Our work
Wyn’s name, icon, design, code and text belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms don’t give you any right to use them beyond using the app as intended. Apple, iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple Health, iCloud and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Changes to Wyn
We keep improving Wyn, so features may change, be added or be retired. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes while you are subscribed, we will tell you in the app first. Wyn needs a supported version of iOS and watchOS; older devices may stop receiving updates.
Disclaimer
We work hard to make Wyn dependable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that reminders will always arrive, or that figures from Apple Health will always be complete. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you did not back up. Our total liability to you for any claim about Wyn is limited to the amount you paid for Wyn in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Wyn at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms. Ending the agreement doesn’t affect a subscription’s billing, which you manage with Apple.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Wyn after a change means you accept the updated terms.
