Keep it respectful
Friendly rivalry needs consent. No humiliation, threats, discrimination, sexual exploitation, bullying or repeated unwanted contact. A nudge is an invitation to show up, never a tool for harassment.
Keep it honest
Log the work you actually did. Respect targets and competition deadlines. Do not fabricate evidence or use someone else’s photos. Photo proof is supporting evidence, not a guarantee.
Keep it safe
Do not pressure anyone into unsafe exercise, dangerous restrictions or harmful behavior. Do not post intimate images, illegal content or private information about another person. Avoid including bystanders in proof photos.
Control your circle
Clubs are private. Share invitations carefully, turn off nudges when needed and block unwanted interactions. Report inappropriate profiles or comments from their menus. Reports go to the moderation queue for review.
Accountability includes us
Moderators can review reports and remove content. A verified support and appeals contact must be established before the public launch.
